This clinic is absolutely AMAZING not only did they go above and beyond for my Roxy, but they treated her like their own. 🖤✨ I been going through the hardest time and then my Roxy out of no where got IVDD. They gave me hope when I thought I had none for her life. For that I’m forever grateful. 10/10 recommend hands 🙌🏻 down 💯

Today, we had to send had to send another special fur baby to Heaven. We are so thankful for Dr. Dian and staff. They show so much love and compassion to us and our fur babies. They are the most amazing veteran and staff. Thank you very much for being our veteran.

I take all my cats here & my mom takes her dogs here. They're beyond fantastic! They treated my baby Miss Kitty so good for 2 ½ days & I'm SO great full for every single nurse & vet & secretary & custodian that works there. I might have lost Miss Kitty if not for them.

My cat doesn't go to the vet often, but we have liked Dr. Delbridge in the past. I'm sad to leave, but I'm going to find a place that answers the phone and where we can get an appointment. This is 2025, when most of us get information online. I followed the instructions to arrive at 7:30 and call from the parking lot. Long story short: Don't follow the directions on their website. In fact, they don't even know what their website says. Instead, they say to come at 7 am and stand in line at the door until they let you in at 7:30. At this time you will be put on a list for the day. They also mentioned that maybe you won't have to stand in line, because generally people are cool about that and you can just go in the order you arrived in the parking lot. (?)

So for two days, I waited until 8 a.m. to walk in *according to instructions*. How was I supposed to know? Both days we were sent home, so we stressed the poor cat out for no reason, making her health problem worse. I wonder if I will be able to find my cat at 7:00 a.m. ever again after putting her through this.

I recently moved to the area and I knew it was a matter of time for my tiny senior dog, Scotty. I decided over the weekend it was time and so took him in then. The place was only minutes away from where I was staying. I did call around to a few other places and they were the most reasonable and I was surprised just how close they were. I knew I would be upset after the fact and didn't want to drive far. So I thank the staff for helping me out and taking me in on short notice. RIP my Sweet Scotty!

Having walk in hours in the morning makes life easy! Needing to take you pet in last minute on a early morning is very convenient. People arrive and at times wait in the vehicle until they open. And we never argue who goes first when doors open, we all just have a known of what cars are ahead and where you are in line. Staff is amazing. They even offer coffee which was a life saver on morning walking and didn’t have time to make some at home.

Dr. Delbridge and Dr Stacy and Amy(2 of them) and Morgan and Brook and Lexy (to name a few).. Such caring staff and Dr's..
We have been to several vets over the years and have never experienced such attentive and caring people..
All our dogs are seniors and they took the time to answer my questions on how to do some things at home for them.
They are always busy so please keep that in mind, walk ins are in order.
My personal experience doing a walkin is that all of the people I have stood in line are more than willing to allow a pet in immediate need in first.
So so so thankful !!!
