I’ve had 5 ketamine therapy treatments so far, with one left to go. Ketamine therapy has literally been a God send for my PTSD!
The atmosphere is so cozy and relaxing, my therapist is so kind and relatable, and a huge advocate for my health and wellbeing. I will honestly miss coming here after my last treatment.

Firstly, the staff at Illumma is very professional and courteous. My therapist also put in a plethora of effort.
But ultimately, I don't know that I could recommend ketamine assisted therapy overall. It is insanely expensive and isn't covered by insurance. You can obtain superbills but maybe, only maybe, will your insurance company pay anything out. The treatment itself is very dependent on a number of other factors that also are very costly and time consuming. After 9 sessions, there were definitely eye opening experiences and it takes a while for you to realize the extent of your hopefully found neuroplasticity. It take continuous effort in therapy and other aspects of the mental health system to build and grow on it all. Unfortunately the financial accessibility was very limited at the time I went. But the staff at the time made it worthwhile. To each their own.

Till this day I am still thankful to illuma for treating me best treatment in the world, not only did it help my depression but my life! Even though I’m an ex-patient or past patient I am still thankful. Not only is the ketamine awesome but the staff as well! Thank you for all that you do! You make a great impact on people’s life’s!!!

Illumma changed me in the most profound way and helped me return back to myself. After the sudden and traumatic loss of my mother & aunt, a cross-country move, and loss of my job, I found myself struggling to find the meaning of life. I had no prior experience with dissociative or psychedelic medicine, and was nervous that I wouldn't react well. After my first session, I felt relief and became hopeful for the future again. I've since completed my 6 sessions, along with 2 booster sessions. The staff played an integral part in this journey; I chose to do KAT with Meghan for 7 of my 8 visits, and it was beneficial every time. Michelle would often be my NP, and her help in adjusting the medication dose & tweaking the adjunct medicine was critical. The medicine worked not only on my mental anguish, but on my chronic pain from endometriosis and occipital neuralgia as well. I was able to taper off of my daily pain medication; something I had been taking for almost a decade. Thank you, Illumma, for helping me find the light I thought I had lost ❤️

Illumma is incredible. Everyone here is wonderful and supportive, and the facility is such a calming and relaxing environment. I opted for the self-guided treatment given I am seeing a therapist outside of Illumma, and I wish I had just gone with the Illumma’s KAT to start with in order to have a more structured approach to the treatment. I am about to start a group KAT therapy program through Illumma and will update my review once complete. I highly recommend!

I recently completed my "induction" infusions at Illuma. Since my first phone call to the clinic, everyone has been very kind, helpful and compassionate. Though the onset of positive effects was less than I hoped on the lower doses, I have clearly and profoundly improved in the last 4 weeks. I started treatments due to years of feeling guilt, shame, depression and irritability that has been relatively unresponsive to antidepressants and counseling. My "analytics" on standard forms for depression, PTSD and anxiety at the clinic improved 80-90% by my last infusion!!

From the receptionists to the EMT starting my IV, to the NPs who met with me and my Ketamine assisted therapist, I have been super impressed with the clinic. Everything is very professional. The monitoring during the infusions was excellent and I felt very safe during treatment.

I had not considered Ketamine infusions in the past and did not know much about them until I found out about Illuma.

I think this is the best clinic in town for these treatments.

From start to finish, I felt extra cared for during my experience at the clinic. The entire staff from the front desk, infusionist, therapist to nurse practitioners all really care about your well being and making sure you feel completely safe. I feel grateful that I have found this tool and clinic to use during seasons when I need the extra support. I highly recommend!
