I’ve been using this office since I was a child and now it’s finally time to give it them one star it deserves.
The office needs to recognize how absolutely RIDICULOUS it is that no one can be reached on the phone for an entire TWO HOURS in the middle of the day. For LUNCH! Who needs to take two entire hours for lunch and why does the entire office staff have to be unavailable at the same time in the middle of the day like this? There is no excuse for being so poorly run. There’s no way to message your doctor, they don’t even call to explain test results to you. If I can manage to get through to the office, today will be the last time I step foot in there. Shame on you all. Everyone deserves a break, but it’s just plain asinine to take two hours all at the same time.

Quick to schedule an appointment.

It wasn't with the doctor. Only saw NP. I was not told that.

NP won't make her own decisions.

I was told she had to consult with the doctor and get back to me next day. That never happened. I had to call 4 times over 2 weeks to get back information about my visit and the discussion with the doctor. Not going back.

* Here you go. 5 STARS. HOPE THE DISMISSAL WAS STILL WORTH IT *

*Update: Dismissed from the practice 12/04/2024. Over a month since my last visit, and two weeks after I did an update review stating that they do not answer their messages because they didn't. Straight from the horse's mouth it's because of my honest review on the practice. "Why would you want to come here still if we're so bad?" The horse asked me. Because I've been a patient for a lot of years, I liked the providers - as previously stated, and because a low review is YOUR OPPORTUNITY to DO BETTER. You still had a chance to raise the review, but instead you pretended that I was your problem. No effort to read the complaints and address the issues. How pathetic. With me you also lose other (family member) patients!!*

I tried to be as fair as possible. The staff attitude and work aptitude is really off here. They don't document properly, they don't listen, and they are rude. They refuse to do their job, and then yell at the patient (me) for trying to confirm they were doing their job, which again, they were not.

The doctors are nice. They're the ones who get the stars, but staff ratio outweighs doctor ratio. If you can tolerate the front staff, it MAY be worth it to come here, but doctors need the staff to be able to do their jobs right to get patients the necessary and proper care, and this staff does not meet that standard.

Honestly, good luck getting through on the phone if you are looking to schedule. It's almost impossible. They do have a convenient text app for appt scheduling, but it's ONLY for appt scheduling, so if you've spent hours trying to get through on the phone after you've already had an appt, they'll scold you for asking for anything else. I'd use my patient portal to message, but I can't log into the patient portal, and can't get through on the phone to get someone to help me log in.

Is this place managed by anyone? As far as I can tell, front office has had an attitude problem for forever and all management does on here is respond that they don't, or the problem is resolved, but it clearly never is or has been. Suspicious? I guess it's all about perspective. I've got mine. I'd urge anyone to be cautious in your consideration of this office, and ask yourself if YOU AND YOUR FAMILY'S CARE deserves that low of a bar.

I never post reviews like this - but not once but twice have the doctors here been able to diagnose serious medical conditions for people in my family. They spent 2 hours with a family member recently who required hospitalization. Dr. Oska even came to the hospital today to check on my loved one. They are thorough and caring. So grateful for this practice!

My Husband and I have been coming here for 14+ years. NOTHING but awesome!
From; Oska to Jim to Marianne-- amazing
All the girls- know Mark and I and we joke and have fun with them while waiting to be seen- "happier you takes white coat anxiety away" so that your results are accurate.
I shake my head. Are people actually expecting to be handled like infants, padding, "kid" gloves!?
They are on top of ALL of our stuff.
From 2000 to current my husband, Mark Dodge has had over 23 surgeries. Not all at once or back to back, over the course of the last 24 years and had cancer twice.. If NOT for his cardiologist, JIM CRAMPTON and FADI OSKA, I do not know where or what path I would be on right now!
If I could give 1000 stars, I would. To those of you complaining that a script got overlooked, not sent.
FOOD FOR THOUGHT:
Have you ever left work forgetting to do something because of chaos and emergencies? Hmm. If you said no, you lie! Stop expecting perfection when you yourself are not perfect. How many are not liking their part in their health? Don't blame providers when you are a constant negative to your own self! STOP bashing my Dr's office..THEY ARE THE BEST!! LOVE ALL OF YOU! MY GIRLS, YOU ROCK!!

this place changes their "rules" every time i see them. used to be a good doctor office until the best dr they had, dr salvia, passed away. girls at the front desk have attitude problems, interrupt you when you are speaking, they give you a hard time when filling prescriptions. Gave me a prescription, then called the pharmacy and cancelled it on me...even though i was on it for years and it was already filled and waiting for me. always wait up to an hour to be seen. after 10+ years, i am leaving here and never looking back. also, it is so unprofessional to talk smack online in return to your reviews. its obviously not only just my or my friends opinion.

Between 2011-2017 Dr. Peter Salvia, (now deceased) overly prescribed my mother more than 11 opioids & opiates at a time. Also, while trying to introduce OxyContin.

“The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention breaks the opioid epidemic into three waves. The first wave began with the introduction of OxyContin—the highly addictive painkiller made by Purdue Pharma and introduced in 1996—and an increase in prescribing opioids.”

We are all aware of the OxyContin scandals. If you aren’t aware of any, I’d suggest brushing up on the history of practicing medicine and pain management with nefarious intentions.
Watching these Documentaries will inform you of what you need to know: The Pharmacist and Do No Harm: The Opioid Epidemic. There is also a great mini-series on Netflix that explains it in a nutshell: Painkiller and from Hulu another series: Dopesick.

One of the best medical clinics I've ever had the pleasure of being a patient at. The Dr's and staff are so kind, genuine and very professional. I found my medical family and I'm proud to be a patient there! I am always so happy to attend my appointments. The staff really makes you feel like youre apart of the family. I cannot recommend them enough!! 100/100 stars!
