Awful, I got calls at work saying it was a big emergency. I would leave work and then there was nothing they could find. The office manager from a diffrent office was abusive over the phone about billing. Lots of med office techs on site but it seems billing problems and long waits were all they accomplished. I went back to get my medical file and I was told to come back tomorrow. My insurance said I was paid up but they sent me to collections. Bottom of the bucket.

I was delighted with my experience from the front office, to Sherry, the echo cardiogram technician, and finally Dr. Dagher. He was professional in every way. He took his time to explain things and had a great bedside manner. I would definitely recommend this office.

I would rate this place even lower if I could. I was referred here since January. They made my appointment in early march. They rescheduled me to late march because the doctor wasn’t in then a day before my appointment they called me to tell me my referral was not authorized by my insurance which I knew it was. I called my health care referral department and they told me it was approved and authorized since January and they made a mistake, I tried telling them it was a mistake and it will be faxed to them and they told me there isn’t anything they can do. They didn’t even try to wait for the fax. I let them know that I don’t want my appointment missed because I have been waiting since January. The day of the appointment they tell me they did receive the authorization but they had to reschedule me until may because someone else took my spot which is unprofessional to even take me off in the first place for not having my authorization. The person was rude giving me attitude and sighing. Am I suppose to wait until may then hope they don’t lose my authorization again then get rescheduled again? A joke.

When my daughter and I got there two days ago on November 16, 2022… an ultrasound tech, by the name of Sherry, called us back. She was extremely friendly and took care of business at the same time. It was nice to see her again for the follow up appointment. It is not easy to go in thinking that there’s something wrong with a loved ones heart. She made the appointment very relaxing and talked about other things instead of the elephant in the room. Definitely going to give her a Christmas present because she is amazing. My daughter had to go in to make sure that her patent ductus wasn’t still in issue… She was born with her heart valve not fully closed. Thank you so much Sherry. Also, Dr. G.. was awesome too and was very relatable and kind in his approach. My daughter has to go back for a stress test. I recommend coming here if you want to be told what the true problem is and if they don’t find anything they will still try to do other tests to make sure that the symptoms you’re having is not due to something that isn’t obviously seen.

It was a bad experience and they would often belittle patients about their health problems, giving excuses to cover up how the patients truly feel. The staff and doctors would never take their patients into consideration and would be rude. Patients come here because their health is in a condition that needs to be seriously checked out, not to be treated as if they are inferior and ignored. Honestly, I'd recommend to go to another specialist that will properly take care of you as an equal and help improve your health.

The worst customer service we have ever experience at a doctors office! We had a telehealth appointment scheduled by their staff but the doctor NEVER called. At 10 minutes after the appointment time I called the office and they said he was running a little late and he would call in approximately 10-15 minutes. Waited another 45 minutes (now it is almost an hour after my scheduled appointment) and called again. This time they say the doctor is no longer allowing telehealth appointments. I reminded them that we had a scheduled telehealth appointment and that I had called earlier to follow up and all they would say is he is not providing telehealth and they could schedule an office visit. Talked to the office manager who then tried to lie to me and say the doctor had to leave for an emergency and that is why he didn't call. When I inquired why the other 2 staff members said that he didn't call because he wasn't doing telehealth she had no response. I also inquired why we were not notified that our appointment was canceled or at least let me know when I called 45 minutes earlier, again no response. They do not value their patients and act as if they are doing us a favor by providing medical services. I understand that good medical care is hard to find in Merced but they shouldn't treat their patients this way. DON"T WASTE YOUR TIME go elsewhere!

This place has always disappointed me. I used to bring my mom here and the experience was horrible. The front desk receptionists used to be so disrespectful and unprofessional, this time they were very polite. But the doctor came out and felt the need to show off her bad day. Treating the clients as if we were her children. I was hoping for a better experience this time, (considering it was 3 years since we have been here) Save yourself time. There is a reason this place has several bad reviews. I learnd the hard way.
