There was little to no wait time ( I arrived at 8). The staff member was very nice as well and seemed experienced!

Only issue I had was the hours need updated. I’m insulin pump diabetic and when fasting I have to have labs drawn as soon as possible to avoid low glucose and I went by hours posted on google and it actually opened at 6:30am instead of 7:00am. It would have been nice to know I could have been here a half hour earlier by the time I came it was packed. Otherwise they are the only lab that can get my results to all my providers so I can combine lab orders and insurance will pay because I don’t have duplicate labs drawn.

I have a very, very bad phobia of blood and needles. The phlebotomist that saw me was very sweet, understanding, accomodating, and quick. I will very likely return here for most of my future bloodwork needs.

The wait was quick despite it being a walk-in, the check-in was simple and easy, and the wait room was clean and calming. Wonderful experience for what it was. Very pleased.

Wait time for a simple walk in blood work took about 1hr, yet the screen showed otherwise. Then 2 out of 3 phlebotomist inefficient on finding a vein, but hit a nerve instead. They are too rushed to search for the precise location and insert needle quick, which can cause damage.

Our young daughter regularly has blood drawn for labs and they have always been great. Excellent phlebotomists, my daughter has minimal pain and they've never had to stick her more than once.

Worst place ever! My left thumb felt numb for good seconds because the old lady with all gray hair(phlebotomist) just stabbed in the needle inside my arm and just said “oh, it was your nerve”. Never going back here again!

I have made a conscious effort to use DLO over CCMH for a few yrs now. That changed today over some pretty stuff (the lab orders said DR. King instead of DR Kody King. 2 1/2 days these people couldn’t get it right between them and CCMH. I won’t be back and I will notify others that I have recommended DLO to to run. This could cost me not being able to have my ankle “reconstruction” surgery to repair an ankle that is broken in several places.
