Just moved to the area and this was my first time using this UPS location. I mail out a ton of client gifts around the holidays, and it's usually pretty stressful. I can't say enough about this UPS location in Hoboken. This had to be one of the smoothest experiences I have had in quite some time. I specifically want to highlight Quentin, who was friendly, professional, and got me in and out (which I truly appreciated). I'd highly recommend this location.

The people are always nice here. A couple days ago I got a document notarized and they guy who helped me made the process really easy and it was super cheap, only a couple bucks. Appreciated the good customer service.

I had a bad experience at the Jersey City UPS where the worker refused to accept a return with a QR code. After wasting my time at that location, I came to this Hoboken location. The staff was friendly and scanned my QR codes and took my returns with no questions. They assured me they would package and have them shipped as the instructions on the QR codes stated. The Jersey City location was asking me to package the return myself, even though the QR codes covered packaging for me. I will come here from now on, thank you!

If I had an option to give zero stars, then I would have given it. Damn. This new Indian management is full of scam, charging insane money for literally nothing. $2.50 for the smallest print is ridiculous, the previous management did it for $1. What could you expect, the Indian employee was rude, no good morning, no gratitude for customers nothing.

Terrible return service at UPS. First, they insisted I must have a box to return the item, so I brought one. Then, they required the box to be taped shut. Since I didn’t have tape on me, they charged me $1 just for tape the box! This feels completely unreasonable and unprofessional. A return process shouldn’t be this complicated or costly for such small things. Very disappointing experience

Man at the register lied to us and up charged us. Be very wary here and check all the prices they charge you. Upcharged us for an envelope after I specifically said “this doesn’t look like a 12 inch envelope” and insisted on it. It was an inconsequential amount of money ($1 or less) but this leaves a bad taste in my mouth. I am hoping this was just incompetence but please pay attention when you come here.

Came in to send a return to Amazon for my son. There was a little line but the woman who helped me printed a label and attached it to the box for me. She was really helpful and she was efficient!

UPDATED 5/18:
Updating my review as it’s only fair. Management did call me and they sorted out the reimbursement quickly and seamlessly— not sure why we couldn’t have done this from the get-go, but here we are. Anyway, thank you again for taking care of this.

Really disappointed with the management and policy of this store. I’ve been coming here for years and recently they lost my package. They simply blamed UPS and submitted a claim. UPS decided to reimburse me a fraction of the cost and the store manager was like oh well, that’s all we can do….
As a local business I think you should do better by your customers. I know I won’t be using their services anymore.
