The entire staff here is amazing. I’m a huge supporter of PP and all that they provide/stand for; and getting an IUD removed and replaced was sooo much smoother than I expected thanks to my very skilled and kind provider. Coming here can be scary and emotional for so many reasons, but I truly felt like I was in great hands and had a listening ear the whole time. Highly recommend this location for anyone needing care.

Let me just say, coming to this location was one of my most positive experiences ever. I had gone to another location for an IUD removal, and was referred here because I needed sedation after that attempt failed. I came into the Portland clinic and was met with confidence that this time would be different. Every single nurse, anesthesiologist, and doctor I spoke with was kind, caring, and made me feel right at home I wish I remembered all their names because they all deserve recognition. Nelly is an absolute SUPERSTAR. Jessica took such great care of me with the sedation. Tatyana and Cat made it a smooth procedure. And when everyone cheered after they got it out I truly felt surrounded by love and care. I can’t recommend this center enough. 100 stars for these guys!

My first appointment at this office was significantly delayed and after vitals, etc I was left waiting in the exam room for a provider for a very long time. My second appointment at this office, I was at least informed that they were running an hour behind schedule before being checked in. I was also informed that they are usually running behind schedule and I should expect this to continue, because they take walk in appointments throughout the day that pushes everything else back. I understand the value of the walk in services, however I completely disagree that walk in visits should be pushing back scheduled appointments. When someone has an appointment, that should be kept rather than being pushed back for walk ins. I scheduled an appointment because I am taking time off work and have other commitments. I can't be waiting around for a schedule that is running an entire hour behind. This policy is very disrespectful to the time of the people that are scheduling appointments.

Would be super awesome if they used their million appointment reminder texts to let you know if you're SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT is going to be OVER AN HOUR DELAYED. A LOT of us take public transit. Wildly inconvenient.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful, however, it is illegal to refuse to give medication if the patient won't take a urine test. There is NO possible way I will EVER be pregnant, even by accident. But anytime I refuse the urine test they tell me they won't give me my birth control (which I need for Endo). That is horrible to do to patients, I have anxiety, this makes it hard for me to pee in public, the office is loud. So I will be reporting that because I am sick and tired of being manipulated and fear mongered into taking a test I don't need!!

I have never been treated by such an incredible team of supportive, informative, sweet and understanding medical professionals. The entire process even with some complications has been one where I felt so grateful to have such great nurses and support staff. Thank you planned parenthood!

love this place, its clean and comforting, the women are so kind and welcoming, waiting room is perfect temperature and the bathroom is wonderful! the two times ive come here, the experience has been perfect 💜
