I took my daughter to get seen due to fever and stomach pain. Doctor said she was fine and could be the flu. Swabbed her for common virus. Results would be on the portal 24 to 48 hours. Took her Sunday and today is Tuesday, and I don’t have any results. But on the other hand, I took my daughter to her PCP on yesterday and today I already have her test results on the portal. It truly sucks how they have such slow lab results. Will never take my daughter there again.

1) Waiting time in the waiting room almost 1 hour.
2)Thorough and pleasant medical assistant.
3) Another 15 minutes in the room to see the provider.
4) Provider showed up for 3 minutes in the office, did not explain common flu practices and treatment guidelines recommended at the urgent care. We received minimal assessment, negative rapid Strep swab and pending flu swab… actually medical assistant was more productive during our visit than the practitioner… with all due respect to her.
5) Provider did not follow up with me/ parent after results were posted and did not acknowledge my request for a prescription.
I used this location twice in the past 8 years and was satisfied. Unfortunately this last experience was unprofessional and very disappointing. As a parent and a healthcare professional myself i understand that certain circumstances are hard to overcome yet it is still important to treat patients/ clients with passion and diligence, not just as another number on the board.

I had a great experience at urgent care. The staff was incredibly nice, and the check-in process was quick and efficient. I had uploaded pictures of my insurance (front and back) and completed the necessary forms beforehand, which made everything smoother. The medical assistant and doctor were both kind and patient with my daughter, going out of their way to make her feel comfortable. Their care and attentiveness really stood out. Highly recommend!

My daughter had an earring backing embedded in her pierced ear (UGH) so we made a quick trip to PM Pediatrics around 8pm last night and we were in and out in about 45 minutes. The staff was amazing and talked my daughter through each step (she was very anxious about the whole thing). We've been to the Paramus location many times over the years and have always felt the care we have received was excellent.

Absolutely ridiculous… we went in because my toddler dislocated his arm which has happened many times before. The doctor pulled and tugged on his arm which caused him to scream and cry in excruciating pain. The doctor said it was in place but my toddler kept saying that he couldn’t move his arm. I told the doctor a couple times that he was still in pain and usually after relocation he would be relieved and start using his arm right away. The doctor said to give him painkillers for the pain and didn’t believe us. Good thing I went to the ER afterwards where the doctor relocated his arm without causing him pain per usual. My toddler never cries during the relocation process at the ER unlike with the doctor here. I wanted to try this clinic due to shorter wait times. This was a mistake on my end. NEVER going back!

We went on New Years Day at 4pm and it was busy but only waited an hour to be seen. They were quick and the doctor, Kiersten, was amazing! She came in prepared with a doctors note for an excused absence and she mixed zofran with juice for my daughter so she could take it. It was such a pleasant experience besides the wait, which again wasn’t as bad as I thought it was going to be as a walk in.
