We hired Spaulding Decon to clean up after a rat infestation and we couldn’t be happier with the job they did. They were very good at communicating, everyone I interacted with was super nice, and the guys who did the job did an amazing job cleaning and working together to complete in a timely manner. It took them about 3 hours total and it looks like a whole new garage. I would hire them to just come clean out and organize my garage again. We feel so much better about our space after these guys came and fixed our problem. Thank you so much!!

I just had Spaulding Decon Austin team come and clean my rent house and David and his crew did an amazing job! My previous tenant had almost destroyed the interior of my home and David and his team with Spaulding Decon did an absolutely amazing cleaning and sanitation job. They had the best estimate out of any others, they gave a free on-site estimate and then followed up with me the next day with even better news! They were able to adjust my estimate, in my favor and show up the next day to complete the job! All other companies estimated much higher and couldn’t get to me for weeks. I cannot be happier with Spaulding Decon, from Stephen who spoke with me on the estimate, to David and his crew showing up on time and they followed through with everything they said and promised. Five stars is not enough! This company is amazing! Rhone explained the process and immediately scheduled an appointment for an estimate. Chelsea came out the next day and was very caring and professional as well as knowledgeable. We received an estimate that day that was more than HALF the cost of the other estimate we received for the same services. Chelsea and her team arrived on time and finished the work thoroughly and efficiently while being respectful of the rest of the property. Spaulding Decon made what should have been a difficult situation seem easy and stress-free.

We had Spaulding Decon come out to a home we were purchasing that needed a very deep clean. They were prompt, easy to communicate with and extremely detailed. We communicated with Chelsea who was able to come out next day to look at the property and give us a quote that same day. She took detailed notes of our specific needs and passed them along to her team. We interfaced with the crew during the cleaning and they went above and beyond our expectations. We'd highly recommend them.

I recently had a loved one need to go into long term care leaving us to take care of his apartment. The situation was very bad - apartment was full of items and extremely filthy. We just couldn't take the time to go through things and clean it up. Plus the filth was so bad that you needed a mask just to enter. Bill and his team including Josie were amazing. They helped prioritize us given our situation and did an excellent job cleaning up the apartment. I cannot recommend them enough.
