I boarded my eight-month old puppy at Totally Dog for nine days. They took such great care of him! I missed him terribly but they posted pictures of him on Facebook so I could see his happy face. That brought me such comfort so I could relax and enjoy my vacation. He was glad to see me when I picked him up but most definitely not sad to leave. The sweet girls at the desk gave me a report on how he did, which was also comforting. I trust Totally Dog 100% to care for my puppy. In addition to the recent boarding, Abigail takes care of his grooming, and she does such an amazing job. He loves her and pretty much jumps into her arms when he sees her. He always looks so cute and smells fantastic after she grooms him! She always asks what I want done and does exactly that. My pup is looking forward to his next vacation at Totally Dog! 🙂

What started with a groom for my little pomeranian, Mable, a year ago, Totally Dog has turned into my go-to for grooming, massage, nail trims, and boarding for all 3 of my dogs. The massage has been wonderful physical therapy for Mable after having her pelvis crushed in a dog attack last summer. Latisha is so patient, knowledgeable, and caring with my tiny princess and her PTSD with quick movements and loud sounds (as you can imagine). It's been 9 months and Mable is getting full range of her hip again and is continuing to build her leg muscle. The vet said the attack would take time off her life expectancy but Latisha and I are determined it won't. Don't laugh...dog massage is real and has real benefits!

Love totally dog!! Haven’t taken my dogs anywhere else since they opened. They love on my dogs like they love on their own, they take the best action photos of the dogs playing and are reasonably priced!

I took our yorkie in today with very long hair. I asked to have his body pretty short but to cut his face in what other groomers have called a puppy cut. I specifically asked to have it longer and basically squared off on his face. As you can see it is very short and cut at a triangle on his face. The ears don't look like they were trimmed at all. Positive thoughts...the girl at the front counter was friendly.

We left our Great Dane in excellent hands this week while we enjoyed some time away as a family. I have never felt more welcomed by a boarding facility and loved how professional the front staff were. The drop-off and pick-up process was entirely streamlined and a breeze ---- no waiting, no struggling with a dog on a leash, no lobby chaos. These dog lovers have their ducks in a row and I wish them the best on this new business of theirs. So glad to have a quality facility east of Blue Springs!

I took my 2 fur babies today to get groomed and they look amazing! I’ve not had the best experience with other groomers with them being poodle mixes. Leticia was so nice, I know she loved my pups and she did an amazing job! My dogs have found their new spa!

I will never bring my dog to Totally Dog again!! I am a handicapped elderly man that is on Dialysis 8 to 10 hours a day 7 days a week!! I had an appointment today for grooming my Yorkie, Lizzie Mae. We have been customer's here for 5 years mind you. We were informed that we needed to drop of by 9:30. My dialysis ran a little long, but I hurried up and was there at 9:32!! They turned me away and said I was too late and would have to reschedule!!
I will take my grooming business elsewhere!! I am very disappointed with this lack of service!!
GOODBYE TOTALLY DOG!!
