La atención aquí es única , desde que llegas la persona en recepción te recibe amablemente, todo el procedimiento a seguir es claro, lugar limpio . En verdad es un lugar que merece más estrellas 😊 altamente recomendado.

Great experience. They got me an appointment right away when every other clinic in austin was booked for the next two weeks. Friendly and helpful staff. Erin helped me with my ultrasound and was very professional, sweet, and understanding of my situation. I couldn't have asked for a better clinic, and it was free. I wouldn't hesitate to use trucare again .

I was pretty skeptical about going because of how some some of the reviews talked about how they were somewhat pushing christianity beliefs on their clients but I didn't experience that so much. The nurse that helped me was super nice and easy to talk to and she gave me a lot of information. I enjoyed my visit and it was really fast.

This “clinic” is mostly for testing for free and their ultrasound services ARE NOT FOR MEDICAL PURPOSES , so all the negative reviews should have called and been informed. The ultrasound services are great for just seeing the baby inside. I’ve always had lovely experiences every time and every technician is so friendly. It is religious so if you’re not religious keep that in mind. Planned parenthood is right before hand if you would rather stop there go ahead but these two are completely different. I’ve never been questioned more than once about my religion here but then again I decided to continue my pregnancy , if you’re thinking of ending it you should stop at PP instead...

They were nice, but I was not aware going into this experience that it was a Christian organization. I think Christians are kind people but the woman who helped me was not accepting of my spirituality and was pushing Christianity on me. She also shared with me that she’s anti-choice which I think is really inappropriate for a women’s health place.

Wouldn’t give me an ultrasound because they thought that “too many used it as a way to never see a doctor”.. as I was sitting there with Medicaid papers trying to get proof of pregnancy to see a new doctor. Of course I want an ultrasound of my baby until then, rude and condescending to imply that I would be neglecting my pregnancy.
They also told me that I was “high risk” because of my previous miscarriages, without doing any testing or an ultrasound. If I hadn’t seen a doctor before, and if I wasn’t a pregnancy and birth doula, I might have actually believed them. So it’s scary to think what misinformation they might be giving other women.
Please find any other place to go.

They have a brand new facility, which is very clean and organized! The nurse and receptionist are both welcoming and non-judgmental. They offer extremely cheap testing and treating. They also offer pregnancy services, and have a really good ultrasound machine!
