I have been boarding dogs in the Charlotte county area for 16 years now. This is the only place I feel secure leaving my yorkie. I went on a cruise recently and I am sure my little yorkie had as much fun as me! I know she is in good hands and safe!

Ana and her husband are excellent with our dog! They have plenty of space for the dogs to play inside and out! We tried another dog service, which is much larger, but it doesn't compare to the personal touch at Where Pets Are Family!! We could tell our dog was very happy there immediately! If you're looking for a quality dog sitting service, look no more, just take them to Ana's place. Your dog will love you for it!

Where Pet are Family can be described as nothing less than an outstanding place to board your pet! We received daily pictures of our dog Gina playing and socializing with other dogs and romping freely in a very nicely fenced yard. We could see right off that Gina was comfortable and happy to be there. 100% extremely recommended!!!

Ana was amazing. She was able to socialize my dog who doesn't have experience around other dogs. I loved the environment and the fact that my Lucy was in a family home instead of a cage all by herself. She also took many pictures throughout Lucy's stay and kept us updated with how she was doing. I highly recommend this family business. We will definitely be using their services again!

Our little girl is 18 months old. We recently moved and she only stayed with one other sitter previously that was not family. When we went to pick her up, she could not wait to get out the door. The sitter accepted all dogs and she was terrified of the big dogs. I was really excited to find a sitter that only accepts small dogs. Ana was great about sending pictures at least twice a day. Sadie always looked happy and seemed to be having a good time with the other dogs. When we went to pick her up, she was happy to see us but you could tell she was comfortable with Ana. We will definitely be using her again. Thanks Ana for talking such good care of our little girl

Ana is great! I was desperate and didn’t want to leave my dogs at the vet with little interaction from people. Ana sent me photos several times to show me how my dogs were interacting with the others. Ana is also well versed in doggie behaviors so she has an in site to your fur baby. I felt very secure with my fur babies in her care! I would recommend Ana to care for your fur baby for sure.

I highly recommend Ana and Where Pets Are Family! She’s very sweet and knowledgeable and she treats our girls Tiki and Lucy like her own. My girls had the best time when they were there and they came home happy and tired from all the playing. I know they are in very good hands when I drop them off. The home setting is exactly what they need and very comforting to them. Ana sends pictures throughout the day to let me know how they are doing which is so nice! I’m so glad I found Ana and my pups new home away from home!
