I was considered a friend of the owner and I had him do work on my truck after I hit a deer told me the parts were OEM and new, when they were used. Told him to look at my transmission said he did and that he drive it and was fine. I paid 1600 dollars got to Benton and I lost high gear checked the transmission fluid there was hardly any in it. This is the kind of business that is run. Apparently all that is cared about in that shop is doing high class body work and paint NOTHING ELSE

This place has seperarated into the auto body side on the south side of 70w, and Jrs side on the north.. Jr will bend over backwards to help and take care of you.. 5 star rating.. Trent is knowledgeable and friendly.
David on the auto body side is great but unfortunately is handcuffed by the promises of the owner.. 1 out of 5 stars..

Apparently they doing something right they are constantly busy. I recently moved here and was looking for a good down home mechanic shop and body shop Trent in the mechanic shop is awesome and very friendly does a great job and is professional with his workmanship I have had my truck worked on twice by them and has always came back with no problems. I'm fixing to have some body work and accessories put on so I will know what that side of the shop is like soon

Horrible customer service along with professionalism. They'll screw you out of your money knowing that it's not theirs because they didn't work on the vehicle at all and then not be respectable or professional about sending you your money back. Instead wants to play high school childish games. I would honestly recommend any other body shop besides this one. This guy, the owner, is like a salesman. He'll talk you into it all, screw you over every bit and get every penny of yours for not doing a dang thing.

ON MY BEHALF MR. PEARSON 70 west auto has a great staff and has done me right from day one. Now I would like to take time out my busy schedule to thank my main man ROB.
