We called about a potential mold problem after a leak from our kitchen sink. Adam came out and did a full assessment and made recommendations. We were very happy with him and would highly recommend his company. He was honest, forthright and very professional. This is the first time we called Servpro and we would definitely call them again if we had another problem.

We had water/mold damage to our property in FLA but we live in Virginia. When we called around For estimates, Serv pro was on the lower end of the range and was able to schedule an immediate arrival to start work on the mold. It was a very stressful and trying time for us, but Yoandi and Evie made it as smooth as humanly possible for us. They fixed the mold damage very quickly and did a fantastic job. Then we got an estimate for reconstruction, and once again they were lowered than the competitors we tried. And once again they were able to start reconstruction almost immediately. They bent over backwards to help us many times. they went out of their way to make sure we were satisfied. I would 100% use them again, and recommend give them 11 stars out of 10 .

Coordinating my rebuild due to water damage from a distance can be challenging, but I’m glad Servepro and I were able to work around each other's schedules seamlessly. I felt I would be in the hands of a trustworthy, reputable, efficient and skilled team who always had my best interests at heart. Although I could not be onsite in Delray West during repairs, my housekeeper worked hand in hand with Adam Greenstein’s and Yoandi’s team who all kept me fully informed by texts and photos while I was away. Everyone mentioned that everything looks fantastic, which is great to hear, and I cannot wait to return to my condo with the project completed and my home liveable once again. They went beyond the extra mile in every respect. Thank you for a job well done!!! Highly recommended!
