Took great care of my dog, apparently my dog was throwing a fit a little after I left, but the team here took great care of him. Definitely my primary vet from here on out

Place started off okay with our puppy. She’s 7 pounds now and is full grown. Went to get her new round of shots today and got to witness Dr.Bryant hold her and act like she was a 100 pound dog. Literally hit my 7 pound dog and almost dropped her off the table. Then tried blaming me for it. And even had the audacity to say she snipped at him while he was forcing her mouth open. I understand animals can be complicated but it’s a 7 pound dog that he hit in front of the owner. Can’t imagine what happens when owners aren’t around. Please please do not bring your pets here. As far as the other employee I have had nothing but good experiences with them. As for Dr. Bryant absolutely horrible. DO NOT GO TO THIS CLINIC.

Have gone several times and this visit will be my last. Dr. Bryant was very rough with our 7lb dog, and handed her anxiety with anger and discipline. Not everyone seems to have this experience with him but there are several that unfortunately have and to do this in front of us is enough to make us not go back. Would not recommend.

I took my cat there today to get a steroid shot and was met with a younger (seemingly inexperienced) woman who failed to inject my cat properly the first time, wasted half of the injection as it was visibility running down the side of her back, did not replace it so she could get the proper dosage, and then used the same needle to inject her in a slightly different place. Usually, this goes a lot smoother, but it wasn’t who usually treats my cat.

The Dr. is a complete and total douchebag. He literally hung the phone up on me and did not give a care in the world I was having an emergency. A different clinic told me the emergency number and was kind and helpful. Never going here as long as Dr. Bryant runs it.
